Blurry textures after disabled texture streaming

I don’t need texture streaming in UE4 because I need the engine for ArchViz. Texture Streaming makes too much trouble. Speedtree has also problems with it. But as I disabled it in the project settings all my textures in my scene look blurry now. What is going on there?

UPDATE: A restart of UE4 solved the problem.
