Blur effect on first person camera

Could someone help me out with what could be causing this blur effect, I turned off blur in the project settings already

Either your screen percentage is set to a lower value (a lower internal resolution) or your textures are not streaming in at a higher resolution. Try increasing your scalability settings as you are on Scalability: Low

Could be an issue with your texture, or that your scalability is at low.
