Blueprints stopped working

I havent touched UE in about 4 months. Last time i did i think i was on version 5.0.1… My blueprints and game in general were mostly bug free and working great. Just updated to 5.0.3 and alot of things are just not working anymore. Everything looks fine in the BPs. another note to add is that when im previewing some BPs while testing, the orange lines do not show to see if anythings even piping through. Real strange especially since everything was working perfect a couple months ago. Any idea what it could be?

I’m skeptical that a hotfix would break blueprints. Please unpack ‘just not working anymore’ :slight_smile:

Also for the orange logic execution lines: you may need to select the specific BP object to debug. (Drop-down to the Right of Play/Stop in the BP)

indeed something is broken. when I change a property inside a blueprint, the blueprint doesn’t even refresh after compile and save. I have to reopen the level to see the changes. and the new structure in the world outliner showing all the components EXPANDED of each blueprint. I hate it with all my soul. why???
