Blueprints and World Partition load || unload

How does World Partition handle blueprints ?
How much are they “restarted” when loaded / unloaded / reloaded ?

I think all the blueprint data stays in memory the whole game its just the ingame drawing of it that is loaded/unloaded

I would love to have more details, cause it could change a lot of things for us. I already stop blueprints ticks when out of players range but not knowing exactly what is happening behind the scenes doesn’t help with optimization.
