BlueprintImplementableEvent not working

How I create the object

Not sure whats the issue is here, just wanted to add that you can create a code block by writing ``` in a new line.

I am only passing in one parameter when creating a new object. It should be two. That is the problem. The first one should be an owner object and the second is a type.
