Blueprint with dynamically changable targets

Is there a way to set up a actor blueprint, where I can place it on the map, then grab lets say a component of it, move it to a location.

I would like to be able to place an actor in the map, then place two or three points that are part of the blueprint, which the actor would cycle through with a simple move to.

Right now I have a blueprint locator, i place on the map, the enemies do a get all actors locator, find the nearest one, walk to it, its terrible, or a line trace in every direction, again terrible.

There must be a simple way to dynamically change components like a simple arrow while placing on the map… right?

I notice something like that navlink proxy is capable of having movable components, so it must be possible.

You can simply add them as Vector member variables marked as *Show 3D Widget". When you place your Blueprint in the map, you’ll then be able to drag those widgets around, which directly changes the vector value.

Thankyou Thankyou!! Do you know if there is a way to not make it not move with the character. Hmm I guess that would be impossible since my root is a capsule.

If there isnt a way, What im doing now if anyone reads this, is doing what said, but to stop the vectors from moving with the character, I have a arrow for each vector. On Begin play I am setting the arrows relative position to the vector position. Then setting another vector for that world location of the arrow. Now I have the world location that wont ever change for the life of the actor.

Is there a more simple way?
