Blueprint Storage Cost

Greetings fellows!

I am really new to game creation so this question may sound silly, but here goes:

If I have 10 static meshes in my game, I can either place everything manually OR I can make a bunch of blueprints to get the same result (quicker).

My question is: Does having BPs affect Performance? Does it cost in Memory? or is there anything else I should watch out for when using BPs?
