Blueprint - Static Mesh Component - lose information about the scale


I am selling on the marketplace package that include blueprint prefab actors, some buyers have a problem with prefab blueprints. Seems to the static mesh components in blueprint lose information about the scale after migration or adding to new project.

I was unable to reproduce this issue on our end. I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints/settings that may be involved with this issue?

Hi, where can I send the files.

I guess that the user clicked the Import button after adding blueprint to the project.

In two cases, it helped to create a new project and not clicking on the import button.
