Blueprint Runtime Error [Updated]

Currently I’m getting a runtime error in my blueprint, I posted this on UE4 Answerhub in hopes of having this resolved or answered but figured I’d have better chance if I posted on both. There’s pictures and better documentation on the Answerhub.

I did some testing and narrowed it down, it has to do with dedicated server ticked and add to viewport. Is this a known bug or, am I doing something wrong?
