Blueprint runtime error: "Accessed None trying to read property Player Ref"

Not sure what I broke here but I set the property to an actor, specifically the default third person character that comes with the template. I have two Third person characters and neither work. I’m not sure why it can’t read the property Player Ref when the Player ref property is set with the correct character/actor. Any guidance would be appreciated…

Resolved my own issue with a bit of troubleshooting.
