Blueprint project targeting iOS with additional plugins build on Windows?

Hi everyone. I have a pure blueprint project targeting iOS. I can build the project to my test iPhone on Windows. My question is, if I added some plugins from the Marketplace, could I still build it on Windows?

I’m trying to use AdMob. If I add c++ to the project, I will need a Mac for packaging. But if I can use some blueprint plugins, can I avoid buying a Mac? Is it possible?
