Blueprint not compiling when binding

Hi, I have a little problem

All my blueprints which bind an event fail to compile on start in editor. When I manually press compile it compiles properly.
If I start PIE it reports a compile error. When I enter the blueprint I see that the Bind To Event node has an error, pressing compile resolves it. But I think when I ship the project it remains uncompiled and doesn’t work anymore.

I looked at it again and it occures at umg widgets. The problem is that in build it is not working properly.

I have the same issue but with Anim and actor blueprints.

Can a developer confirm this or provide a solution? It is breaking the gameplay of my game and thus stops me from releasing in near future.
