Blueprint Node "Get Mouse X" equivalent in C++ ?

Im programming a topdown shooter and to rotate my camera i need the Value of the Input Key Mouse X, which in BP is easily retrieved with “Get Mouse X” but how to do that in cpp?

Thanks but already found a solution by binding the axis value("mouseX).

By the way, are you knowledgeable with AimOffsets?
