Blueprint Multiple outcomes from a floating value

Hi I am trying to set up a blueprint. To give different personality’s to the player and there friends. Here’s the thing so food types the player or there friends will eat. From… Vegan / Vegetarian / Pescatarian / Omnivore / Carnivorous or Cannibal. at the start this will be random as there food type and will get sick if eating something else but will change if they eat enough, or if something like a zombie bite turns them into a Cannibal etc.

What do i need to use to do something like this as i want to use it for other things like friendship and moods too?
