As you can see in the video below, my Blueprint keeps disappearing from the Content Browser. If I edit any part of the Blueprint, it will reappear until the next time I exit PIE or reload the project.
This is intensely frustrating. So far it’s only happening on this single Blueprint. If I create a new one, the issue doesn’t affect it.

That is 100% a bug, PLEASE report this through the bug reporter link under the Help option in the editor. It would also help if you could take the log from that, add it to your post, and change the tag from question to bug-report!
That is so crazy, we do need info to be able to keep improving Unreal Engine and fixing issues, so please do make a report on it! The video you posted is extremely helpful, so changing this post to bug-report will be really important.
