Blueprint input not working properly?

Hey everyone, I have a strange problem that came up just today.

In my game that involves the ‘input touch’ node for touch support. There is a ‘moved’ output, which is supposed to fire whenever the location of the mouse / finger moves, and does not fire when it is held in place.

But for some reason, this input fires 100% of the time, whether I am moving or not:

In this video, there are parts where I am holding the mouse in the air above the mouse pad and this node is still firing. Keep in mind that this has worked no problems until today.

Does anyone know what I can do to remedy this?

Well, I just did a reinstall of the engine and the problem went away. So back on track!
