Blueprint - hold key to open gate

Hi, I wanted to create a gate, where the player needs to hold a button for a certain amount of time until the gate is fully open, otherwise the gate will slowly go back to its default/closed position. When the gate is open it will stay like that for some seconds and then slam back down.

I managed to get the “hold to open” part to work but the other one isnt working and I dont realy know why.
Im fairly new to blueprints and im sure there is a more elegant solution to my problem.
