Blueprint for paper2d don't work properly

Hi to all.
some days ago I’ve start to use UE4 editor and following the tutorial for 2d papergame, but probably the tutorial refers to an old version of the UE4 and I’ve encountered some difficulties some resolved other well… I don’t know where banging my head.

The problem is the animation update, with the xbox controller all work well only if I use thumbstick x-axis but with d-pad L/R, mobile left stick, and keyboard movement no animation update, some solution/advice/updated tutorial?

ooook… no more problem, the editor had crashed after a modification in blueprint and for not lost all I had to delete the character blueprint and rewrite it to the beginning, don’t know why but now all work well but not with the tutorial method a my own method more easy and clean :cool:
