Don’t relly kown why and as been troubling me since yesterday.
Everything was done by following Digital Tutors Digital Tutors - Quick Start to Unreal Engine 4 Volume 3.

Add the camera component and set it’s location to 0 0 50, then set use pawn control rotation on that camera
My apology.The Internet in mainland China really can’t get any faster and to open this page took me like 5 mins or more.And when it comes to uploading screenshots,it just remain 0%.

Ok, so
- Go to character blueprint
- Press “add component”
- Find “camera”
- Go to your camera details and find “use pawn control rotation”
- Set it to true (chech the small checkbox)
- Compile and save
Done!
