Blue screen Crash Video TDR Failure/ Thread Stuck in Device Driver

Hello all,

Yesterday I was working in UE4 and my PC crashed 3 times. 2 times in Video TDR Failure (atikmpag.sys) and 1 time in Thread Stuck in Device Driver error.
My computer is quite new, and the Asus assistance asked me to restore the factory configurations (which I can’t understand since I bought the computer less than 2 weeks ago). I have all my drivers updated. Today it crashed another way, it made a big noise in the headphones and the screen went black). Did it happen to anyone here before?

My pc specifications are:
512 SSD memory,
Nvidia GTX 1650,
AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with radeon Vega Mobile Gfx.
8GB RAM.

In the Nvidia Control Panel go into the 3D settings and set it to use the Nvidia GPU for everything.
Also, check your power settings and set it all the way to Performance. It’ll use more battery but it is necessary to have the best performance for intensive programs like UE4.
