Blue Haze on Landscape

Hi there,

Im getting a strange blue haze on my landscape, its not fog. Appears in a bubble around the camera. does anyone know of a fix for this please

Sounds / looks like a post process.

Do you have a PP, either in the level, or on the player camera?

no nothing like that, im still building the material. Are there any settings in a landscape material hat could cause this ?

Ah, then it’s probably something to do with pixel depth or camera distance you’ve put in the material.

i have just went through my MI and turned everything off individually to see if i can find the issue but it stil the same

If you change the landscape material to something else, is it ok?

ok so i think its something to do with the fog settings even though i have it all off, i made a new level and re imported the landscape. applied the same material instance and it seems fixed. there is still a slight fog with it off however this is now a blurred gradual look rather than that harsh line

( I’d make sure your fog actor is at 0,0,0 otherwise the settings are all skewed )

its better id just like to understand what happened, thank you for your help

seems to be working so far, i think it was to do with the landscapes position and the fog
