Hello, currently unreal engin sites are not blocked. Information about the impossibility to send a request for publication, I found on the forum and I can not confirm its authenticity.

As far as I understand, the publication form is hosted by Formstack and not by Epic Games. It looks like it was Formstack who blocked access from Russian IPs, not Epic Games or the Russian government. The main Formstack site also fails to load with the same error message. Both Formstack and the publication form can be opened using a VPN.
