On the Russian-language forums, unverified information appeared about the occurrence of an error when trying to fill out the publication form on the site, some kind of error occurs. I would like to clarify whether the publication of projects for Russia is currently working? If not, then I would like to clarify whether there is some kind of technical problem or this possibility is being blocked due to today’s political events?

Yes most probably is is all blocked because of that “2 day special military operation”.
I >GUESS< somebody at epic just blocked all ips.
