This is my first post on the forums and I’m excited to be part of this community!
I’m working on a VR project where I’m trying to create a realistic book. My book can open and close using the template grabbing. The book itself is pretty fancy model with lattice deformations in Blender, so how I’m having it work in Unreal is as an Alembic animation, driven by the open angle of an underlying hinge (still working out some kinks in the constraint–I’d love if you could help me with that too). I have another Alembic from the same model that I’d like to be able to blend with my Open/Close animation. Is that possible? Alternatively, is there a way I could make my model work as an FBX? The second animation alters the thickness of the two blocks of pages so that I can change the apparent open page in the book.
I can share screenshots and/or videos if those would help illustrate the problem.
