The Hexforge Lionhead Lantern is a high‑fidelity 3D reconstruction of a historical exterior lamp found on a tavern building supporting the former palace complex in Brody, previously known as Pförten. The model is based directly on on‑site reference, preserving the proportions, material characteristics, and construction methods of the original fixture.
The lantern features a steel and iron frame with three cast lion heads positioned at equal intervals around the upper housing. These heads, originally produced in lead, are modeled with accurate surface irregularities and massing consistent with traditional metal casting. The body of the lamp is hexagonal, with six coarse, tinted glass panels that diffuse light in a controlled, low‑clarity manner suitable for atmospheric illumination.
All components are optimized for use in Unreal Engine, including clean topology, efficient UV layout, and PBR‑compatible material workflows. The asset is suitable for historically grounded environments, medieval or early‑industrial architectural sets, and any project requiring a physically plausible exterior lighting fixture with documented real‑world origins.
