BlenderUserSkfb - Heraldic Star Architectural Ornament (Sculpture)

This sculpture is a reconstruction of the heraldic star that appears in Johann Christoph Knöffel’s design for the Pförten (today Brody) town gate. The original gate has not survived, and only Knöffel’s drawing remains, so this model represents the architectural element as it would have been carved in the mid‑18th century.

In Baroque architecture, heraldic orders were simplified into strong geometric forms that could be read clearly from the ground. This star follows that approach. It is designed as a clean, shallow‑relief ornament that fits naturally into a larger façade composition. The model keeps the proportions and character of period stone carving without copying the medal version of the order.

This piece works well as a decorative element, a historical reconstruction asset, or part of a larger architectural ensemble. It is suitable for rendering, visualization, and 3D printing.
