Blender to Unreal Workflow

I’m new to Blender. Can you please tell me what’s your Blender to Unreal workflow?
Let’s say I want to create a very simple character. A simple robot for instance. All it needs to do is look like one and wave.

How would you do it?
Tell me your process from the beginning to export so I can have an idea of what I should be doing. Let me know about any tips and tricks and plugins you use.

I have some very basic knowledge about modeling, unwrapping, adding bones and animating.
