Blender to Unreal mesh deformation is different

*Before anything let me state I already did the “scale skeleton to 100 and export with 0.01 units” worflow

I have ~10 animations in blender and when I export to Unreal Engine they all work correctly except for this one:

IN UNREAL (arm shrinks)

IN BLENDER (correct)

Some help would be really appreciated. I’m lost, idk what would make this happen ONLY for this one animation.
