Blender to Unreal Engine Skeletal Mesh

When I make a normal looking model in blender and bring it to unreal engine this is what it looks like.

The one in blender is not showing the texture BTW. Can someone please help?
Why is everything distorted?

Seems like some makehuman mesh with a skeleton that contains some bones for the face. Just tried the same with makehuman 1.1 final > Blender 2.77a. Works fine with this export / import settings:
