Blender to UE4 normal problems

hi i did a box in blender with normal maps and get some errors
I have a problems with the normal maps i bake in blender.
I don’t know what happens in Unreal Engine 4.
The object have weird shadows and lights shines through the edges.
I exported the tangends and flipped the green channel in unreal engine already. Does anyone has an idea?
