Blender Import Bone rotation issue

I would like to get some help with an issue I appear to be having with exporting my Model from Blender to Unreal Engine 5.6, I have so far tried all the suggestions I can find online, Changing Axis, Rotating bones, Applying all Transforms etc but nothing seems to lead to a solution

When Importing my Model into Unreal If I then Create the IK rig and auto config all the IKs my Elbows Bend down to the floor rather than Behind my character and my Legs Bend at the knees Backwards Like an Ostridge see screenshots

if I continue to create the Retargeter the Bones seem to align ok if I do aline all bones but then I’m getting weird issues in Blend space with aiming and blending anims and the legs arms don’t quiet look right due to weird rotations on the Elbows and knees still.

Any further suggestions would be great I really don’t understand what I’ve done wrong here
