Blender export FBX settings

Hey there. I’m using Blender 4.2 and would like to ask how should I set Blender FBX export settings to match UE5 expectations for Static Meshes. Namely, what should I use as Forward and Up axis, what Scaling options shoudl I appy in Transform section (Scale / Apply Scaling), what should I choose in Smoothing dropdown menu, should I enable “Tangent Space” and anything related to other options of export add-on.
