Black Screen When compiling shaders

When using UE4 and compiling Shaders, I get this crash where my screen goes black and I can’t alt-tab or even open task manager. To get out of it I need to restart my computer.
It mainly happens on levels that have a high amount of shaders.

My UE4 is running off an SSD with 71Gbs of space left and my C drive has 300+Gbs of space left
Below are my PC Specs.

OS: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: i5 6500 3.20Ghz (4CPUS)
Memory: 16GB DDR4
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 Super 8GBs
DirectX12

Sometimes if I restart my computer then load the level I can load a level. But if my computer has been on for a while then it will definitely crash. I have tried reducing my background programs which haven’t helped at all.

If anyone has a solution that would be amazing as this issue is pretty much stopping me from using UE4 more.

P.s wasn’t sure if posting this in Using UE4 section is the right section, I don’t think it a bug with UE4 its an issue with my setup. So I put in using UE4 forums.

Cheers
