Black screen and crash on epic launcher

Hello ,
I have a problem with my launcher
either it crashes and the unreal engine gives me an error message

Assertion failed: IsValid() [File:d:\build++portal+release-live+compile\sync\engine\source\runtime\core\public\Templates/SharedPointer.h] [Line: 851

and sometimes often after doing a reinstallation the launcher will launch but the window will remain black and if I’m lucky the parameter button will be visible

I followed the epic support hints but it didn’t work and they invited me to do art of my problem here

I have the same issue and i thought I fixed it but it started doing it again today and the way I fixed it last time isn’t working. Neither is any other way I tried. I also haven’t been able to find any way to resolve the issue. Hopefully someone does soon.

I have the exact same problem, would love a reply from Unreal Engine with a solution to this.
