Black screen after launcher screen in iOS

why I get black screen after launcher screen is finish loading in iOS device , how can I fix this issue

my tries make loading screen using HUD but I can track time between launch screen and level opened

We need more information in order to troubleshoot this issue:

  1. Are you on a Mac or PC?
  2. Are you working from a C++ or Blueprint Project?
  3. Do you have any problems when you test by selecting Play>Mobile Preview(PIE)?
  4. Are you Launching straight to device or packaging then deploying to the device through iTunes?
  5. Are you packaging for Shipping or Development?
  6. Can you post your Packaging settings?

Finally, please choose “show output log” when packaging, select all, cut & paste into a text file and post here so we can evaluate where the issue is occurring.

I am using mac , blueprint , I didnt face any trouble while testing , I am launching straight to my device , shipping package . I stop using unreal right now as I cant find support I asked many question but I get no answer or at least poor answer didnt work with me so I move to unity now .
