Bink Audio in Unreal Engine 4.27

Certain sounds are lost in IOS Compression 40, making it difficult to use.
When I used Unreal Engine 5’s BinkAudio compression, I was able to get normal sounds, so I used the
I would like to use it in 4.27 as well

Looking at that post, it looks like it will be available in 4.27.
How can I use it?
