Binary Asset addition (default import asset)

Hi, it would be great to be able to have a default import asset type in the event
Unreal currently does not have any import methods for the particular file type.

This would make simple things such as text file import, etc. a lot simpler,
and would greatly reduce the fuss of asset importing for those with custom files,
or just starting with Unreal.

Bumping this with reference links on people wanting an easy to use, custom asset import method.

The ideal implementation would just take all files that have no custom importer to import as a default binary asset, which could say be then loaded into other asset types through a loadFromMemory, etc. method.
