BIMmotion: An unknown process has crashed

Hi!

We experienced a crash while trying to open Twinmotion file in BIMmotion. Any idea what is the issue here?

Hi, i haved experienced too a similar crash when i was trying to open an existing file.

I restart making again, when I closed the twinmotion and opened again, and open the existing proyect, it appears again this error message.
