Next week (after SIGGRAPH).
Thanks.
Update from Anomotion via E-Mail

“This is going to take some time unfortunately. All vendors providing binary plugins are facing the same issue.” - 2 days ago
Is the 4.20 update yet? I did not receive any emails. What happened?
There are some breaking changes in 4.20 that prevents us from distributing the plugin in a binary format for Indie customers. Please note that enterprise customers are not effected. We have however created an editor only build which should serve as a temporary measure until we determine a way forward. This should be found in your download link.
Hi all, has anyone had any luck setting up a calibration routine for BIK in VR?
Best,
I can not find the editor. The download link only shows the 08 and 09 folder and the plugins in it.
Sorry for my English
Congrats on the DEV GRANT! well deserved!
Hi Iv’e found something odd with the IK Collision resolvers. the foot IK resolver on the left side foot will effect the height of the left side hand when the foot it up on some object.
same for the right side foot. when it steps onto something this also offsets the right hand effector height.
as a result when walking up stairs the hands move up above head by same amount as foot displacement. Version BIK 0.9.1
also iv’e tries everything i can think of to get the IK Collision to work with hands but even the debug trace for hands is showing floating traces anywhere but where the hand is. if you could show a demonstration of hand collision setup that would also be great .
Thk Dave K PS Love everything about BIK just these problems.
1, I still can not know the foot effects without the power off, even though I signaled the problem with version 0.7. It causes trouble while hanging, letting the character down to the ground.
2, When you move the project to version 4.19, you will no longer accept the license key for projects running earlier version 4.18.
3, Bad communication. There are no answers to the questions either in the forum or in the private. For half a year, the owner of the company asked me to send me the current updates to me, this request was repeatedly reported privately to both of us. Updating letters have been going since.
I am a buyer of BIK. The download link is currently lost.
You cannot send mail even if you contact the e-mail address at [EMAIL=“”]
Can you send me the link address other purchases?
[EMAIL=“”]
Apologies for that. I don’t think we received your email. Will email you the information later today. Year end holdiays introduce delays at this time of the year. Hope you understand.
“Apologies for that. I don’t think we received your email. Will email you the information later today.”
… and never answer.
Perhaps there is an issue with your mail server as we did respond to the email specified in your message. We haven’t received any bounce backs on the email.
Will there ever be an indie version again?
lol i just saw someone get quoted this plugin for $25k, is that true??
Yeah, it’s true.
I think $10-25k depending on the studio size or other factors.
So what’s the deal on this? Is it dead? Is there anyway to install this for 4.22 or am I just out my money for a plugin which no longer works?
If you email us we can provide a mechanism for you to proceed.
