Beware of Thief Sellers

If the way you laid it out for the marketplace support was like this video, I’m not surprised they didn’t get back.

Really, I’m not trying to be critical, but I can’t actually tell if that’s an expose video or a promotion.

Support don’t have time to sit through a long video, it’s needs to be right to the point.

Product that has stolen → what it has stolen from
List of stolen assets
Video or picture A / B, A / B, etc…

It has to be immediately obvious that the content has been lifted from another product.

Wishing you luck

I know how to report to Epic, I sent a lot of images and links to epic, Epic replied that I have no right to report, because I am not the owner of the assets  :joy:

Sorry

Oh, that’s no good…

I think the report needs to be done by the one of the license owner, in this case one of the authors you’ve reporter. This is important for other marketplace devs as well, which usually needs to carefully select royalty free animations / ask for custom license for every asset we want to use in our projects.

I got reply from the animation owner, they are not licensed

yeah! at least I think Epic should notify them to remove animations, it’s not fair to all creators
