BEWARE: AssetCompile memory estimate is greater than available

I have recently started to see this message every time i open my Unreal 5.4.2 project. Could anybody please let me know what the message means? (My computer is powerful with 32GB RAM and RTX 4060 so not likely hardware limitation)?
