Better organization in forums

Hey guys!

I don’t want to be hated, but I have to suggest this: we need more boards/sections in the forums. We’re sharing the same support areas for UE3 and UE4 and this is getting confused. And more: we need an area for forums-based support because I think here isn’t the best place to post something with this subject.

Finally, sorry if here isn’t the best place; as I told you, sections are missing.

Character encoding is wrong in brazilian board. As you can see here, words like “Ol?” (that means “Hello” in portuguese) are being outputted as “Ol?” (with question mark).

Give some attention for this, please.
