Best way to do animations with dialogue

On the free for the month for March is the animation pack, which has a mannequin typing, which is what i need. What i also need is in the game, the player character to walk up to the typist, them stop typing, turn their head and talk for a bit. On Mixamo there are the animations to do this, and i figure i could turn the head in a sequence animation in Unreal.

What i want to do though is my own facial motion capture, which i have been experimenting with in blender. Does anyone know what the best way is going to be after i have put the mocap on the head in blender to get the animation into Unreal?

Would i need to do the whole typing body in Blender, or just the head, and import it into UE4 to be used at the right time?
