Best way of saving football results?

Hi guys,

I am actually making a football game and after I’ve managed to create the league draw with the teams that will be joining the competition and put them against each other but while doing that I got a doubt.

Example:

Team A 0-3 Team B

Team C 1-2 Team D

Team E 2-0 Team F

I have already created a savegame that saves the round and the matches but not the results.
For the round I just save an Array of teams and their position in that round so I can access any round of any season easily, but the results are going to be a lot of them during the seasons.

What could be the best way of saving the round results so I can access them when I want??
