best tree assets for high end mobile (future) or switch games (pbr ish)

what is the tree assets that are lightweight both in size and performance budget that are still good looking that might run on nintendo switch in an open world scenario? Does the store have an packages, preferably pbr materials.

I would just use “cinema” and make my own.

The Cinema modeler is actually not able to be used for realtime due to the Eula, BUT Games Indie is similar in price and has LODS, FBX, OBJ, photogrammetry, and the .ST runtime format for UE4.
