Best TM Version for Mac OS X Ventura with M1 chip?

I read in a post that 2022.2.3 was more stable/better option over 2023.1.1. Now that 2023.1.2 is out, is this still the case?

2023.1.2 works perfectly on my M2 Max/Ventura. In fact I don't think I've ever had a crash or a serious bug with any of the 2023 versions.

I have the exact same setup and it works just fine. No issues.
