Best survival asset?

Hello Everyone!

I recently joined Unreal engine, from Unity, and am wondering which survival asset is the best to get started with?

I discovered these two kits on the marketplace earlier:

Multiplayer Survival Game Template in Blueprints - UE Marketplace

Survival Game Kit V1 in Blueprints - UE Marketplace

Not sure which one is easier to begin with etc, your feedback will be greatly appreciated!

I only have SGK and really like it. It has a building system included. Not sure if the other template has that, so that might be something to consider. Welcome to Unreal:)
