Best practices for image sequences and movie (mp4) textures....

Hi all! I have a project I’m working on that the client wants to mix a bunch of 2D animation in 3D space. I thought we’d forgo our usual Redshift/Maya combo and give UE5 a try by enabling real-time ray tracing. Overall, it works fairly well with one animated 2D dancer (EXR image seq so I can have alpha on the card the material is applied to) and BG video wall (mp4 movie), but starts chugging when I’m playing 5 dancers, each with their own 22 frame 4k image seq. (The final output is 1080, but I will be pushing the camera in close to the dancers.) While I am using a 3080 with 16g of ram and a m2 SSD, I suspect I can’t cache the image properly or something? Anyone have any best practices for this kinda stuff or how to attempt what I’m trying to do?
