Best Practice for UE4 in Archviz

I started with ue4 1 week back, it’s easy and really cool. Understanding texturing, material, lighting and rendering was easy. As We used to make Arch-viz presentation in Maya/Max, we only used to consider whatever is visible in frame. Now as it is game environment, I only know we should keeping polycount low, maintain pixel density, use tiled textures, Material Instance, Snapped light-map uv.
What are the other things which will increase productivity as well as scene load. In Maya/Max we just duplicate repeated things and stack it. What should I consider If I am making a flat with similar apartment and wanna show to client in Game Engine where he can walk anywhere within Premises.
