Best practice for creating Skirting Boards/ Base Boards for walls when you have 400+ rooms?

Hello all. I’m new to UE5 and I’m currently working on Interiors. I have used Cube Grid to make walls, ceilings and floors for many rooms that are all different sizes. I was wondering how developers approach 3D “Skirting/ Base Boards” shown at the bottom of walls when you have so many rooms?

At the moment I am drawing a 2D pattern and extruding this out, rescaling it against each wall then manually creating the corners so there are no overlap/ lighting issues. This would be a grind for a dozen rooms but for as many as are in my level there must be a better more repeatable way.

I’ve only been learning Unreal for 4 months, if anyone can point me in the right direction it would really save my sanity
